Jay Slazinski's Resume
In 1990, Jay launched a software company
with a DOS product for mortgage originators. For more than 10
years The SmarFiL Mortgage Processing System assisted over 3500
mortgage companies in simplifying the residential loan origination
process.
In 1993 he designed a statistical golf software program (PROcision) that
gathered scoring data to provide golfers with important insight into
their strengths and weaknesses. In 1994 PROcision was used by the
Gold Coast Professional Golf Tour to keep the tour statistics. A
few years later it was a key element in the development of Tom Cleaver's
PROcision Golf Indoor Learning Center in Boca Raton, Florida.
From 1997-99 Jay helped

increase sales fourfold as a consultant and later as president
of the company. In November of 1999 ZipForm was acquired by a
group consisting of
The National Association of Realtors®
and
the (REBS) division of
The California

For more than a decade, Jay was a board
member of
CBF Systems, Inc.
and was involved with many aspects of the VMP product line. In
February 2001, CBF was acquired by
Bankers
Systems, Inc., a
WoltersKluwer Company.
Currently Jay
is a
consultant and has various business interests in the golf and
software industries.
